The decor is definitely outdated but the staff is very polite. The food is basic and the menu hasn't changed much in the last 10 years or so. Overall not my first choice for Chinese but nonetheless still good.

Worst restaurant ever, we ordered veg and scallops for pick up. Opened the order at home zero scallops so I called the guy and he says they are under new management and they didn't have any scallops but never told me. He said I could drive back and he would refund the 4-5 $. Pathetic!!
